About me: My name is Meaghan. But mostly everyone calls me Mej. Hence the live journal name. Im 16 years old. This journal is a place where I can go and write about what Im feeling, or simply about my day. I love meeting new people and I actually have the same amount of friends online as in person. If you want to add my to your friends list, there are a few things you should know. I don't like people who act like they are "ghetto". I don't like when I hear "Holla" and "Ya kno wut Im sayin" about 10 times in one sentence. That is just how I feel and my opinion, and if you don't like it then you shouldnt add me, because I don't change the way I am for anyone. Im a football cheerleader. I did cheerlead for basketball but it wasn't for me, so I quit. I've made wonderful friends from my squad who I will never forget. We've had some crazy times. Im a dancer too, which is my true love. I've been dancing for about 6 years. I have blonde hair and green eyes and Im very happy with myself and I think that Im pretty. I think that the best feature I have is my eyes because green eyes are very uncommon. Jeff always tells me Im beautiful and that he loves my eyes. He's so sweet :) Im short, and I like it. Im only 5'1 :) My best friend is Mallory, we're like sisters and we've known eachother forever. I have the most wonderful (soon to be) fiance in the world,

. We've been together for over 2 years. Our anniversary is September 2nd. He joined the US Marine Corps last year and completed bootcamp. He is now at MOS school in North Carolina. He should be home by April if he doesn't get sent overseas because of this whole war thing going on. Im so proud of my baby. Hes my everything, and I plan to marry my marine someday. I actually like school, and I don't go there for all the high school drama. I go there to learn, because unlike many people I know, I want to go far in life. Im pretty smart, I've never gotten a D and hardly ever get C's. I consider myself very well rounded and mature for my age. I love LOTR, and Im obsessed with Haldir the elf. I also love Star Wars. Im also obsessed with Lucille Ball, Desi Arnaz, Vivian Vance, and William Frawley. I LOVE I Love Lucy. I also love Christina Aguilara. And if you don't like them then you can suck it! My obsession: Lucille Ball. Shes my favorite actress of all time and I guess a hero to me. I've loved her ever since the first time I've started watching I Love Lucy when I was 5. I remember asking my grandmother when I was little if when I died I could be buried next to her, lol. I Love Lucy is my all time favorite show. I've read so many books iuncluding both Desi Arnaz's biography..Love, Lucy by Lucille Ball herself, and "Meet the Mertzes". I have blankets, pillows, dolls, clocks, pictures, books, cards, signed photos, clothes, and many more items of Lucille Ball.

Loving a Marine is not always gay, loving him truely is a high price to pay. It's being alone with nothing to hold, It's being young, but feeling old. It's loving him whisper his love for you, It's whispering back, you love him too. There's always a kiss and a promise for more, as his ship slowly glides away from the shore. Reluctantly, painfully, letting him go, while you're dying inside from wanting him so. Watching him leave with eyes filled with tears, standing alone with your hopes, dreams, and fears. It's sending a letter with the stamp upside down, to a far away love, in a far away town. It's going to church, to kneal and to pray, and really meaning the things that you say. Days go by - no mail for a spell, you wait for some word to hear that he is well. Then a letter arrives and you're given in, to open this letter and read with a grin. Yes, he is well and misses you so, and filled with the love you wanted to know. Weeks are like months, and months like years, you wait for the day you'll have no more fears. Days go by slowly - how many have passed? Then suddenly you realize it's here at last! Yes loving a Marine isn't much fun, but it's worth the price when the battle is won. And remember he is thnking of you every day, he's sad, he's lonely, while so far away. So love him and miss him and hold your head high, be strong and have faith - wipe that tear from your eye. Your man is a Marine, like those who have gone before. It's a high price to pay for loving a Marine!

Meaghan is short and takes things seriously. She has blonde hair and green eyes. She loves her boyfriend Jeff more than anything. They are getting engaged when he comes back. She can't wait until he comes back home. Everyone refers to Meg as Mej, along with many other silly nicknames. She doesn't really care what other people think of her and does her own thing. She hates drinking and drugs, and loves just spending time at home.
Strengths: Mature for her age, polite, original, happy with herself, smart, friendly, blunt, acts silly, a good dancer, a Good cheerleader, pretty eyes, and happy that she is short!!!
Weaknesses: She could get her ass kicked by anyone, sarcasm, attitude, cradling from stunts, doesn't know when to shut her mouth, eats to much junk food, can be a major bitch at times
Special Skills: She can fold her tounge ;), Flexible, learns things quickly, a good dancer, and she tolerates people more than they should be tolerated
Weapons: A gun so if you piss her off she will blow your brains out..be afraid -JK.
